This document is a template and does not constitute legal advice. Please have your lawyer review and adapt it for your jurisdiction.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, using Outlink, or accessing any Outlink‑hosted page, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you use Outlink on behalf of a company, agency, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Outlink.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3. Services We Provide
Outlink is a link‑in‑bio and landing‑page platform. Depending on your plan, features may include:
- Link routing and redirect tools, including deep links.
- Whitehat / Greyhat / Blackhat link modes and age‑gating for sensitive content.
- CTR mechanisms such as scarcity badges, click‑to‑reveal, countdowns, and blur overlays.
- Analytics and reporting (views, clicks, conversions, device/geo/ referrer, funnels, and where enabled, revenue).
- Domain routing and use of Outlink‑owned domains or your own custom domains.
- Optional third‑party integrations and embeds.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Plans, Billing & Refunds
- Some features are free; others require a paid subscription as described on our pricing page or inside the app.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis (or as otherwise specified) and automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, all fees are non‑refundable and non‑creditable, including for partial periods, downgrades, or unused time or features.
- Any free trial or promotional period is offered at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
5. Custom Domains & Outlink Domains
Outlink may provide shared domains (for example, *.outlink.bio or other Outlink‑owned domains) and may also allow you to connect domains that you own with a third‑party registrar.
- All domains registered and owned by Outlink (including "free" or included domains) remain the sole property of Outlink or its affiliates. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use them only while you have a valid account and are in compliance with these Terms.
- When you purchase or redeem a domain inside Outlink (including with credits, coupons, or in‑app purchases), you are purchasing a license to use that domain through Outlink. Unless we explicitly state otherwise, those domains are registered to or controlled by Outlink or its domain partners and tied to your Outlink account. They may not be transferred away from Outlink without our approval, and your right to use them ends if your account is closed or these Terms are violated.
- Outlink may reclaim, reassign, or discontinue the use of any Outlink‑owned domain or subdomain at any time for any reason (including abuse, legal, or technical reasons).
- If you connect your own domain, you retain ownership with your registrar, but grant us permission to route traffic and configure DNS as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for renewals, DNS configuration, and any disputes relating to that domain.
6. Acceptable Use & Content
You are solely responsible for the content and links you add to Outlink and how you use our tools. You agree not to:
- Use Outlink for any illegal purpose or in violation of law.
- Distribute child sexual abuse material, non‑consensual intimate imagery, or content that incites violence or hate.
- Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others, or impersonate any person or entity.
- Use Outlink for phishing, scams, malware distribution, or other fraudulent activity.
- Abuse deep‑linking, Greyhat, or Blackhat modes in ways that violate platform terms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Reddit) or applicable laws.
We may remove content, disable links, or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or create unacceptable risk.
7. Analytics & Tracking
Outlink collects analytics data such as views, clicks, conversions, device/geo information, and referrers so we can show performance metrics to you and improve the service. You are responsible for informing your visitors and obtaining any legally required consents (for example, cookie notices or consent banners).
8. Intellectual Property
Outlink and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including software, designs, logos, and branding. You own your own content and links, but grant Outlink a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
9. Third‑Party Services
Outlink may integrate with or link to third‑party services (such as payment processors, video hosts, advertising platforms, and social networks). Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Outlink is not responsible for the actions or availability of third‑party services.
10. Termination
You may stop using Outlink and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, we are required to do so by law, or we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your access to the dashboard and hosted pages may cease. Subscription fees already paid remain non‑refundable.
11. Disclaimers
Outlink is provided on an "as‑is" and "as‑available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, or that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free. We do not guarantee any specific CTR, revenue, or other performance results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outlink and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Outlink in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or a different cap set by your counsel).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outlink and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your content or domains, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in‑app message). Your continued use of Outlink after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be brought in the courts located in [City, State/Country], unless applicable law requires a different venue.
16. Contact
